Kelly Ward, Chief Operating Officer of Precision Mineral Accounting (PMA), brings over 20 years of experience in mining with roles spanning engineering and risk management sectors. A graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology with a B.S. in Geological Engineering, Kelly has held leadership roles at top organizations, including Marsh, Haley & Aldrich, and URS Corporation. Throughout her career she has successfully led complex geotechnical and mining projects, managed risk strategies for global mining operations, and cultivated strong client relationships. Her expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and client advocacy makes her a cornerstone of PMA’s leadership team.
At PMA, Kelly is dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering customized solutions for clients. She oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring every process aligns with PMA’s mission to bring transparency, accuracy, and value to royalty value assurance. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Kim Perry, PMA’s CFO, leverages over 25 years of business experience, including nearly 20 years in the mining industry, to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence. She oversees robust processes, controls, and governance systems ensuring PMA delivers top-tier accounting and financial royalty management. She also leverages her long history of effective financial management, ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions support, and ESG framework development to support PMA’s clients.
Kim brings unmatched expertise in mining, finance, and royalty auditing, ensuring precision and profitability. As a strategic leader, she excels in financial planning and driving results for complex projects.
Kim is an accomplished CFO, CPA, and Executive Leader with over 25 years of business experience, including 20 years in the mining industry. She is also an engaged board member with both public and private company experience. She is highly skilled in overcoming diverse domestic and international business challenges using discernment and diplomacy to anticipate and resolve conflict swiftly.
Kim has led global initiatives related to ERP implementations and transformations, mergers and acquisitions including integration, and ESG framework development and inaugural reporting. Expert in establishing processes, controls and systems for the operations and governance for the Board of Directors.
