Our Story
Precision Mineral Accounting (PMA) was born from a simple realization: the complexity and opacity of mining royalties often leaves royalty holders underpaid.
Sam, PMA’s founder and CEO, has spent over 15 years in mining technical services and personally oversaw the issuance of over 1500 monthly royalty payments on behalf of mining producers. Sam witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by royalty owners— questionable production reporting practices, disputable payment amounts, and contract language interpretation that seemed to continually favor the producers. Additionally, Sam realized most royalty holders do not have the technical knowledge required to understand modern mining and process operations.
Sam envisioned a company that would champion transparency, fairness, and precision in royalty management, empowering clients to take control of their assets with confidence. From this vision, Precision Mineral Accounting was launched as a trusted partner for royalty holders, offering innovative solutions backed by deep industry expertise.
